Ok so I updated to 8. I have to go to advance settings set resolution to p then I can адрес customize scaling. I have check and other people are having this issue with IE11 and dual screens. No problems windosw Chrome it keeps the same zoom for both screens.
But the solutions I've seen people suggest don't work. I have tried advance settings in IE11 for zooming or in. I repair computers all the time, and can usually find solutions for problems, but I don't think they are looking to fix this one. I also miss /4121.txt accelerator button in IE10, right clicking to get the same menu doesn't work on all web sites.
